What is shuttle parking?
Your car at our site, you on the bus to the terminal
Shuttle parking means you don't park at the airport itself, but at our own site nearby. You drive to us, park your car in the space you're shown, and our shuttle bus takes you to the Schiphol departure hall. On your return, it works the other way round.
The difference with parking at the airport itself comes down to the land underneath. Parking spaces right by a terminal are scarce and expensive, and you pay for that difference every day. A site a few minutes' drive away costs less, and those few minutes are driven for you.
The difference with valet parking is who does the driving. With valet, you hand over your car at the departure hall and our driver parks it for you. With shuttle parking you do that yourself and keep your key — for many travellers, precisely the reason to choose it.

After landing, give us a call. We'll make sure the shuttle comes to pick you up again.

Where do I park with shuttle parking?
You drive to our own car park at Tupolevlaan 39 in Schiphol-Rijk, not the terminal itself. You'll be shown a space there and park your own car.
Do I keep my car key with shuttle parking?
Yes. With shuttle parking you park the car yourself and take your key with you on your trip. No one else drives your car.
How long does the ride to the departure hall take?
The ride from our site to the Schiphol departure hall takes 5 to 8 minutes. Allow about a quarter of an hour for the whole process: parking, boarding, driving and disembarking.
How do I get back to my car after landing?
You call us after landing, so we know you've really arrived. The shuttle picks you up and takes you back to the car park, where your car is waiting exactly where you left it.
How much time should I allow?
We recommend arriving at our site at least 3 hours before departure, so you can check in afterwards with plenty of time to spare.
Can I park under cover with the shuttle service?
Yes, when booking you choose between our secured outdoor site and a covered space. Covered spaces are limited; the reservation system shows what's available for your travel dates.
