You trust us with your car and your data. This page explains exactly what data we process, why, for how long, and what you can ask of us.
The Parking Company, trading as Parking Schiphol, KvK 74048856, Tupolevlaan 39, 1119 PA Schiphol-Rijk, is responsible for processing your personal data as described on this page.

For your booking: your name, e-mail address, phone number, number plate and car make, your departure and return times, your flight number and the service and options you chose.
For payment: the details needed to process and invoice your payment. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
At our location: camera footage of the car park and its entrance and exit, for the security of your car.
For valet parking: the digital record of every trip made with your car, including route, speed and duration.
On this website: technical data such as your IP address and browser type, and — only with your consent — analytics and marketing data.
To record, confirm and carry out your booking, and to be able to reach you in case of a change, delay or question about your car.
To comply with our legal obligations, including our administrative and tax record-keeping duties.
To safeguard your car and our location, and to investigate any reported damage.
To improve our website and services and, with your consent, to measure our advertising.
We process your data on the basis of performing our contract with you, a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in the security of your car and our location, and — for analytics and marketing cookies — your consent.
We only share your data with parties needed to deliver our service: our booking and payment provider, our e-mail provider and our accountant. We agree confidentiality and security terms with these parties.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for purposes you would not expect from us.
We keep booking and invoice data for as long as required by law. We do not keep camera footage or trip records longer than necessary for security and handling any reports. After that, we delete this data.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw your consent. You can also ask us to transfer your data.
Send your request to klantenservice@parkingschiphol.nl. We respond within one month. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access restrictions and storing car keys in a locked safe under camera surveillance.
