These terms apply to all bookings with Parking Schiphol. We keep them as short and clear as possible, so you know where you stand before you book.
Parking Schiphol is a trading name of The Parking Company, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 74048856, with a location at Tupolevlaan 39, 1119 PA Schiphol-Rijk.
Parking Schiphol is an independent company and is not affiliated with Royal Schiphol Group or with the car parks operated by the airport itself.
These terms apply to every booking you place with us and to the use of our parking, shuttle and valet services. By placing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Parking is only possible with a prior, paid booking. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
You are responsible for providing correct details, including your number plate, departure and return times, flight number and telephone number. Incorrect details may cause delays on arrival or return.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. The rate depends on the number of days, the chosen service and any selected options, as shown in our reservation system at the time of booking.
Payment is made online when booking. If your stay is longer than booked, we will charge the extra days at the applicable daily rate.
You can change your booking through the customer portal or by contacting our customer service team. A change may result in a price difference, which will be settled with you.
Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the booked arrival time, provided you added the optional cancellation cover when booking. In that case the parking fee is refunded; the cost of the cancellation cover itself is not refunded.
Without cancellation cover, your booking is final and there is no right to a refund. Cancelling is therefore not free of charge: it requires the paid cancellation cover.
If you fail to show up at the booked time without cancelling in good time, the full fee remains due.
For shuttle parking we recommend arriving at our location at least 3 hours before your departure time. For valet parking you hand over your car at the agreed spot near the departure hall.
On your return, call us once you have landed and collected your luggage. In the event of a delay or a changed flight, please let us know as soon as possible.
With shuttle parking you park the car yourself and keep your key with you. With valet parking you hand your key to us; we store it in a locked, fireproof safe under camera surveillance.
Your car must be roadworthy, validly insured, hold a valid MOT (APK) certificate, and have enough fuel or charge for trips on our premises and between the departure hall and our location.
Do not leave valuables in your car. We are not liable for items left behind.
We handle your car with the care of a good service provider. With valet parking, every trip made with your car is digitally logged for route, speed and duration.
Any damage caused by us during our service must be reported before leaving our location, or immediately when the car is handed over, so that we can establish it together with you. We cannot process damage reported afterwards.
We are not liable for consequential loss, such as missed flights or onward journeys, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
On our premises you must follow the instructions of our staff and observe the stated speed limit. We may refuse entry to anyone who endangers safety.
We process your personal data solely to carry out your booking and provide our services. Details of how we do this are set out in our privacy policy.
If you have a complaint, please let us know as soon as possible via klantenservice@parkingschiphol.nl or 085 - 401 3918. We handle every complaint and respond as quickly as possible.
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
