Why we do this
Handing over your car at the departure hall requires trust. You don't see who gets in, which route is taken or how fast it's driven. By digitally recording every journey, you don't have to take our word for it either: it's on record.
It works the same way for our drivers. They know every journey is measurable, which makes calm, careful driving the standard rather than just a promise.

Questions about trip registration
Does digital trip registration also apply to shuttle parking?
No. With shuttle parking you park your own car and keep your key with you, so no one else drives it. Trip registration is therefore specific to valet parking, where our driver moves your car.
What exactly is recorded?
For every valet journey we record the route driven, the duration and the speed — both when taking your car away and when bringing it back.
Can I request the data for my trip?
Yes. Contact our customer service and mention your booking number, and we'll talk you through the record of your trips.
How long is this data kept?
We don't keep trip data any longer than needed to carry out the service and handle any questions or damage claims. More details are in our privacy policy.
